hilighter pricing is based on the number of job roles you manage, not the number of employees.
Are employee profiles really unlimited?
Yes. Every plan, including Free, supports unlimited employee profiles without per-employee subscription charges. AI-intensive operations are subject to fair-use rules.
What counts as a job role?
A job role is a distinct professional role with an associated skills matrix. Multiple employees can be associated with the same role.
What happens if I add more employees?
Your subscription price remains unchanged.
What happens if I need more job roles?
You can move to a plan that supports more roles. For more than 70 roles, Enterprise pricing applies.
What is included in the Free plan?
Up to three job roles, unlimited employee profiles and all Core features, free forever, subject to fair-use rules.
Is the Free plan a time-limited trial?
No. The Free plan is free forever, not a temporary trial.
How does annual billing work?
With a 12-month annual commitment, you pay the equivalent of 11 monthly subscription fees.
Are AI-powered capabilities included?
Yes. AI assistance is part of hilighter’s Core features in every plan. Usage remains subject to fair-use rules.
Can I add Premium Modules later?
Yes. The Premium business modules are planned as optional extensions for paid plans and will become available after release.
Can I request a personalized quotation?
Yes. Use the plan simulator and its form to send your configuration to the hilighter team.
Can companies opt out of partner marketing?
Paying companies may decline organizational participation in the partner marketing programme. Individual privacy preferences and applicable legal requirements also apply.
